I definitely recommend getting a kydex sheath along with your knife or sword. High quality, very strong and the blade retention is great. My only recommendation would be to use a belt clip that extends to a full 2 inches. It's not a Con, just a personal preference as I have a sword for a 2 inch belt and I want to put the knife on the same belt as well. The adjustable clip is shy of the 2 inches.
