Handmade FOF "Solo mod" working, hunting and survival knife
New design.
Solo mod, 3 7/8" blade, 1 5/8" tall, 8 3/8" overall, 1/4" thick FOF 5160 high carbon alloy. Ziricote scales with hydrofit pins. This is a great all around blade design suited for many tasks. I can make a kydex sheath for this knife upon request. I fully expect the user to field this knife and I make every attempt to ensure the quality of my work and materials are unquestionable. I was impressed with how solid this knife is! I bought this with the intention of using as primarily an EDC knife, but the style is so versatile it has even become my new 4” utility chef knife! It has a nice weight to it, and given the thickness, works well as a chopper. The ziricote handles feel nice in the hand, and adds a nice touch to the overall piece. Thank you Ben for a true work of art!
