Chef, 6 5/8" blade, 2 1/2" tall, 11 1/4" overall, 1/8" thick 52100 high carbon alloy. FOF black cherry micarta with hydrofit pins.
The corrosion resistance and high hardness make 52100 a great choice for cutlery. It's trickier to heat treat than a simple high carbon steel but the results are well worth the extra effort. A simple hand wash and dry with a little food safe silicon or cooking spray will keep the blade fresh for years to come. I can create any color handle you would like. If you have any questions about this blade or any others I make please ask. I make each blade fully expecting the user to actually use the knife. I make every attempt to ensure the quality of my work is unquestionable.
